Terms for using ChattyDOC.

Acceptance

By downloading or using ChattyDOC (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Subscriptions, trials, and purchases

• Optional subscription: The App includes functionality available without a subscription and also offers paid subscriptions with additional features.
• Trial period: If offered, your subscription may include a trial period. After the trial ends, billing begins unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Manage / cancel: Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Restore purchases: Use the in-app Restore option on the paywall if you’ve already purchased on this Apple ID.
• Billing: Apple processes payments and provides billing support. We do not have access to your full payment details.

Usage limits for non-subscribers

Some features may have usage limits when you are not subscribed (for example: a monthly document allowance or a limited AI token budget). Limits and included features may change over time as the product evolves.

Your content

You retain ownership of documents, images, and text you import (“Content”). You grant the App permission to process your Content solely to provide app functionality (OCR, exports, and document chat).

Cloud processing (optional)

If you enable cloud extraction, Content may be transmitted securely to our servers and processed by third-party providers to generate results. Details are described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. OCR and AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

Changes

We may update these Terms as features evolve. The latest version will always be available at /terms.
