Does my data leave the device?

By default, processing stays on-device (Apple Intelligence / Vision). If you enable cloud extraction, files go over TLS to our proxy then to GPT‑5 Nano and are discarded after processing.

How do I disable cloud processing?

Use the in-app toggle for “Cloud extraction”. Turning it off keeps processing on-device only.

Which file types work best?

Images (JPG/PNG/HEIC) and PDFs. For multi-page PDFs, we preserve headings, tables, and lists in the output where possible.

How do I report a privacy issue?

Email privacy@aicapture.app with details. We prioritize data requests and removal.
